PRIVACY POLICY
ISEO IBÉRICA, S.L., is the Responsible for the processing of the personal data of the Interested Party and informs them that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), for which the following information on the treatment is provided:
Purposes and legitimation of the treatment: Knowledge and registration of the GPS location of the staff (data subject) through the mobile device during the key synchronization process when the data subject performs or carries out, within the exercise of his/her functions, an operational intervention (maintenance, repair, etc.) in a specific installation, in order to communicate to the data controller the location of the data subject and the data subject's history (with the data subject's consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Means of treatment: the treatment consists of the registration in the database of the Responsible party the GPS location coordinates during the synchronization process, date and time of the registration, as well as the key used.
Data conservation criteria: they will be kept if there is a contractual relationship related to the location service and, when the relationship was terminated, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymization of the data or its destruction.
Communication of the data: the data will not be communicated to third parties, except legal obligation.
Rights that assist the Interested Party:
Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and of limitation or opposition to its treatment.
Right to file a claim with the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the treatment does not comply with current regulations.
